About us
The International Women’s Club of Rome (IWC of Rome) is an Association to promote friendship, understanding and mutual support among women of all nationalities living in Rome. Its members and the nationalities represented have been growing since its foundation in 1965.
The International Women’s Club organizes a wide range of cultural, recreational and social activities. Central moment of the life of the International Women’s Club are the Monthly Meetings, which are held at hotels or clubs of the capital.
Part of these meetings is dedicated to conferences held by a guest speaker who talks about something of topical or cultural interests, there are also musical performances and the opportunity for members to present their activities in the field of literature, art or science .
The meeting also represents a convivial moment and offers members an additional opportunity to.socialise and make friends.
A monthly newsletter, in English and Italian, provides information on the Club’s initiatives, including a detailed schedule of monthly activities, and hosts the “members area “where the members can share their writings in prose and verse.
A historical archive and the updated copy of the newsletter are available on the Site.
